Messages
I don’t know what to insert in my messages to make them CASL compliant. What should be in there?
With eFlyerMaker, no need to worry. Simply insert the dynamic content called [bundle_of_legal_requirements] with the advanced tool feature. This feature represents everything you need to be CASL compliant: A physical address, a link of communication (or return address if you like), an explanation as to why he/she is receiving your messages and a link to unsubscribe. And of course, everything is customizable.

Can I attach a MP3 file to my emails
Unfortunately, the only accepted file extensions in eFlyerMaker are:
doc, .docx, .pdf, .gif, .png, .jpg, .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .ics, .eot, .svg, .ttf, .woff, .woff2, .tpo and .tmsg.
As you can see, they're all about text, images, templates or source codes. The only way you could send an MP3 with eFlyerMaker would be to post the MP3 on a website and send the link through eFlyerMaker.
Templates
Can we insert a link "see web version" in a eFlyerMaker template?
This function is not available with eFlyerMaker so far because there wasn’t much demand for it. However, you can still host the landing page and integrate the link through HTML coding in your template.
Is it possible to insert a pre-header with eFlyerMaker?

Campaign Term and Campaign Content, Google Analytics
When I insert a link in eFlyerMaker, I always see the terms Campaign Term and Campaign Content, what are their meanings and what are they for?
The fields Campaign Term and Campaign Content can only be used by companies subscribed to the Google Analytics app. It is an app used mostly to determine how your customer were brought to visit your website without using surveys to find out. You then find out which of your media is most effective in generating customers. Is it your campaigns on social networks? And if so, which page is most followed? Is it your videos on Youtube? You email campaigns? Your publicity on some websites? Etc. The app can also follow your campaigns in real time and identify which campaign or subject proved most effective as well.
With that knowledge, your company can then focus it’s ressources and marketing campaigns on certain medias and specific products and gain more customers.
The fields Campaign Term and Campaign content are used respectively, to establish the codes that will identify the product mentioned in the campaign or it’s subject, and the media used (in this case, an email campaign). So, when you insert your link, you can also insert the codes for GA that will identify which way your customer used to get to your website.
When creating a campaign, I see a checkable square called “Include tracking tags for Google Analytics on all links’’ what is that?
This marker is used to insert your tags to analyse datas of your campaigns in Google Analytics. You can check this marker so the following data is added automatically on all the links included in your template.
utm_source In this precise case, the source is eFlyerMaker.
utm_medium In this instance, the name of the publication used.
utm_campaign In this instance, the name of the campaign.
** Please note that your Googgle Analytics tags may not appear when you send your test. Rest assured, they will be in place when you send your final draft.**
Where can I add my Google Analytics tracking tags?
Pretty much anywhere a link can be inserted. Whether it's directly in the text editor or in the template builder (you can insert links in text, Image. Button, Navigation and Logo as well as your own custom asset). Every time you see the words Campaign Term and Campaign Content, that's where you put your tags.
