Menu Options
The menu bar consists of three sub-menus and several preview options. Let's take a look at each one to understand their functions better.
File
The File menu provides you workspace and saving options for your messages.
New Workspace
Clears the entire workspace, allowing you to start with a fresh blank page.
Save as Template
Allows you to save your message as a reusable .tpl layout for future use. If you tend to send campaigns with recurring designs, this option will save you time.
When you save your template, if the name entered already exists, a warning message will appear to inform you. To overwrite the previous template, select Overwrite template if it exists.
Save Message
Saves your current work progress and redirects you to the Message management section.
Edit
The Edit menu allows you to configure your text properties.
Color Undo
If you've set a color on an element, this option allows you to cancel it and revert back to the initial color.
This option does not apply on Canvas.
Font Text
You have access to a variety of fonts and can set an initial font for your texts.
Font Links
You have access to a variety of fonts and can set an initial font for your links.
Font Size
You can set an initial font size for your texts and links.
View
Theme
Choose within a variety of color theme presets to quickly design your message and accelerate your workflow.
Theme Preset
Select a theme preset, a preview window is available. Once you are satisfied with the chosen theme, click Apply Theme.
Custom Theme
You can customize your own theme by entering a hex color for each element of your message.
Preheader
You can add additional text in the email content preview when your subscriber receives your newsletter.
Drag & Drop Library
The Drag & Drop Library contains all your message objects, categorized accordingly in various tabs. To learn more about the Drag & Drop Library, click here.
Color Picker
The Color Picker lets you copy an element's hex color. Simply click and select an area in your message, it will register the hex color.
Color Swatches
The Color Swatches lets you save your most used colours on a palette for future use. To save a color on your palette, select an element in your message and modify the color. Then, click Add to register the color. To delete a color from your palette, click and select the color you wish to erase. Click Reset to delete all your saved colours from the palette.
Preview
Your message is fully responsive for mobile device, tablet and desktop view. To see a preview of your newsletter, simply select the device icon you wish to visualize.
Send Test
You can send a test version of your message by clicking Send Test, located in the lower left corner of the editor. You can only enter one email address at a time.
