Publications Management
A publication is a hub that manages your contact list subscription and consent statuses to your newsletters. Each publication has its own sign-up form and consent status for each subscriber. It is a feature unique to eFlyerMaker that helps you stay fully compliant without having to worry about any hassle regarding anti-spam laws.
In the Publications Management section, you can see the overview of all your publications and edit them.
Publications Management Options
You have several publication management options available in the Actions column.
Next Available Actions
Create Publication
You can create a new publication by clicking Create Publication. A publication is automatically created when you create a new list, it will have the same name as the list. When you add contacts to an existing list you will have the choice of that first publication or to create a second one.

Alphabetical (A-Z, a-z) excluding special characters
Numerical (0-9)
Underscore (_)
Using the space bar generates an underscore
List Name
- Select the list you wish to subscribe your publication to.
Save to Folder
- Select the location where you wish to save your publication.
Once your publication is configured, click Save to return to the Publications Management page.
Create Folder
You can create folders to hold your various components. To learn more about folder management, click here.
Folder Name
- Enter a name for your folder.
Folder Content Type
- Specify the type of folder you wish to store your components.
