What’s the difference between Account’s Behavioural data and Application’s Behavioural data?
The account’s behavioural data is your subscriber’s behaviour towards your campaigns.
The application’s behavioural data is your subscriber’s behaviour towards all eFlyerMaker’s campaigns in general.
Sometimes, a subscriber is registered on many list that are not yours, from your colleagues to other companies. This section allows to see what is your subscriber's response towards your campaigns but also, other campaigns as well. For example, if you are many accounts working for the same company, it allows you to know how many messages he received from you and what did he do with them versus how many messages did he receive from your colleagues and what did he do with them? Does he react better to your colleague’s campaigns than yours? Did he show a different percentage of interest with you than he does with others? And if so, what is the difference between theirs and yours?
He could also be giving you and others a weak response, which tells you he may not be interested in email marketing at all.
Put it this way, this section may not answer the question directly, but at least, it reveals to you that there is something to look for.
