List Management
Managing and keeping a contact list up to date is fundamental and it is the best practice in email marketing. It is very important to keep your list clean and remove any invalid email addresses that are no longer active. The more lists and contacts you have to manage, the more crucial it is to keep your lists updated and organized.
List Management Options
You have several list management options available in the Actions column.

Create Publication
You can create a new publication from the List Management page by clicking Create Publication. To learn more about publications, click here.
Publication name
Characters allowed
Alphabetical (A-Z, a-z) excluding special characters
Numerical (0-9)
Underscore (_)
Using the space bar generates an underscore
List Name
- Select the list you wish to subscribe your publication to.
Save to Folder
- Select the location where you wish to save your publication.
Once your publication is configured, click Save.
Create Folder
You can create folders to hold your various components. To learn more about folder management, click here.
Folder Name
- Enter a name for your folder.
Folder Content Type
- Specify the type of folder you wish to store your components.
