Behavioural
A behavioural condition is a little bit trickier than a declarative condition as it depends on the recipients actions and how you set your arguments. Behavioural condition should be mainly used when a campaign has already been launched and you have given your subscribers enough time to interact with your newsletter. This kind of condition is useful if you want to track certain actions.
To create a behavioural condition, you have to define a few criteria:
Logical Operator
Determines if your condition will be positive or negative.
Campaign
You can target a specific campaign to apply your segment or select all of them. Depending on which option you choose, your criteria options will vary.
Specific Campaign
Operator
- Has opened/Has not opened
- Has received/Has not received
- Has clicked/Has not clicked
- Has clicked link/Has not clicked link
- Link URL
Optionally, you can set a timeframe for your segment to filter results over a specific period of time.
All Campaigns
When selecting all campaigns to apply your segment, you have various operator and publication options:
Publication
- All publications
- Specific publication
Operator
- Average open is less than
- Average open is less than or equal
- Average open is greater than
- Average open is greater than or equal
- Average click is less than
- Average click is less than or equal
- Average click is greater than
- Average click is greater than or equal
Value
- The result should always be a number.
