Step 2 - List Fields
List fields allow you to stay organized and they are useful for managing lists containing large amounts of data. They help you categorize your product data which can be then sorted, segmented and filtered.
Default fields
These fields are generated automatically in order to be compliant with anti-spam laws such as Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) and US CAN-SPAM Act. These measures are put in place to adopt a good practice in email marketing. To learn more, click here.

Good to Know
- The order in which you set your custom fields in Step 2 will be the order they appear once the list has been configured.
- When naming your fields, they should not contain any special characters, hyphens or spaces. Using the space bar generates an underscore.
- You can export any list within eFlyerMaker into CSV files.
After creating your list fields, you can rename them at any point in time by clicking of the field you wish to rename.
Custom Fields
Custom fields allow you to personalize your list and categorize your data. Every field has a data type and there are pre-existing field templates available in the drop-down list for you to choose from: Product, Magento 1.9 or Magento 2.x.
If you are still new to MATCHERAnalytics, we highly recommend you to use the Product template as it generates all the basic necessary fields you need to store your products.
When configuring a MATCHERAnalytics list, there are a few new data types added:
Keyword: eFlyerMaker selects all the words and render them as keywords.
Keyword to Analyze: eFlyerMaker analyze, selects a few words and render them as keywords.
Image: URL path to an image.
To delete a field, click of the field you wish to delete in the Actions column.
Once you have properly configured your list fields, click Save and Continue.
